Our story
Gappy Grin, as the name suggests, is about a child's smile. They don't even need enough teeth to give the world the most beautiful smile. And, yes, it is what is known as perfect imperfection. Every child is one-of-a-kind. They are perfect in every way to the creator.
I knew I wanted to open a green shop for children under the age of six. But it took me ten days to come up with a name. When I was about to give up, the “eureka” moment had arrived. 1 a.m. on an early spring night, I jumped out of my bed, quickly jotted down the name - Gappy Grin, and immediately purchased its domain.
Gappy Grin's adventure began there. Gappy Grin is inspired by our love of nature and children. Sustainability is its central motivation. As a result, we pledge to bring you green products that you will adore.
Gappy Grin wants to be a proton as it is always positive. We hope you love what you buy while reducing impact on our planet. We love our young generations to use the most eco-friendly products. We only source from suppliers that share the same mind-set. We are pleased that our customers are also helping to shape the future of children's toys, clothing, and cosmetics.
My friend has a three-year-old daughter. Every time I visit her, she has acquired something new. A new toy, a new book or a new T-shirt. I'm curious how many items she'll require over the years before she's no longer considered a child. What happens to her abandoned toys? She'd play with them for a while, but they might end up in the earth for hundreds of years. And we, as adults, make this decision on their behalf. Nonetheless, they have never discussed their decision.
I didn't have a lot of toys to play with or fancy clothes when I was younger. But what does a child care? I had a good time playing though. My tent had a banana leaf roof. To me, it was still a tent.
In today's world, we have more resources to provide our children. Would it be better if our children acted as climate change ambassadors by only consuming sustainable products? Gappy Grin believes it is feasible.
